For initial screening, we recommend at least 48 hours. However, for the most accurate results that match EPA guidelines, long-term monitoring (3-12 months) is ideal since radon levels fluctuate daily. Our detector provides continuous monitoring so you can track changes over time.

Place it in the lowest lived-in level of your home (like a basement if used regularly) or where your family spends the most time (bedroom/living room). Avoid kitchens, bathrooms, and drafty areas. See our manual for EPA-approved placement tips.

The display shows both current and long-term average levels. The EPA recommends taking action if levels reach 4 pCi/L or higher (the WHO threshold is even lower at 2.7 pCi/L). We include a color-coded guide to help interpret your results.
