What to do if the device won't power on?

Please first check if the device has sustained any physical damage (e.g., impacts), then connect it to a power source for charging. If the device still fails to power on after 10 minutes, please contact us.

How to Access Your Radon Detection Data?

Simply use the included data cable to transfer readings to your computer, where the system will automatically generate a PDF report of concentration levels.

No Readings After Starting Detection?

Please allow the detector sufficient time to complete measurements – readings typically appear within 1 to 6 hours.

Why is the radon reading high at startup?

The device is exposed to radon during final factory testing,so initial readings may be high.Try blowing on the air inlet with a fan for a few minutes to clear residual radon,then restartthe measurement.

How do I return my product?

If the product can be returned for free, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product for a return label/return address. Please contact us again for a refund after signing for the returned package at our warehouse.

Sorry, you can't close your account by yourself. If you don't want your account, you can contact us to delete it after all your orders have been completed and coupons have been used up.
